We are focused on building a transparent and professional crypto options ecosystem centered around pricing inefficiencies, automation, and execution infrastructure.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Business Development & Growth Lead to help expand the ClickOptions ecosystem through partnerships, education, ambassador programs, and community growth.

This is not a traditional “crypto marketing” role.

We are looking for someone who understands:

• trading culture,
• crypto derivatives,
• partnerships,
• growth distribution,
• and how to position sophisticated trading products to crypto communities.

You will work directly with the founders and help shape the public narrative, strategic partnerships, and user acquisition efforts across ClickOptions and related products.

ResponsibilitiesPartnerships & Business Development

• Identify and onboard trading educators, ambassadors, and KOLs
• Build relationships with crypto trading communities and ecosystem partners
• Coordinate collaborations, webinars, educational campaigns, and integrations
• Develop affiliate and referral relationships
• Expand ClickOptions visibility across relevant trading ecosystems

Growth & Distribution

• Coordinate content distribution across Crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other channels
• Repurpose educational and analytical content into growth campaigns
• Assist in growing social channels and trading communities
• Help position ClickOptions as a professional crypto options infrastructure platform

Strategic Positioning

• Help shape market positioning and public communication
• Monitor market narratives and competitor positioning
• Assist with go-to-market execution for new product launches

RequirementsStrong Fit

• Experience in crypto, trading, derivatives, fintech, or exchange ecosystems
• Understanding of options trading, arbitrage, or market structure
• Experience managing partnerships or growth initiatives
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Crypto Twitter and crypto-native communities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute independently

Bonus Points

• Existing network within trading communities
• Experience working with affiliates, educators, or ambassadors
• Understanding of API trading or automated trading products
• Experience in exchange growth or fintech ecosystems
