Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef – Hot Kitchen, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Hot Kitchen Staff will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of hot dishes as per Quince’s standards, including grilled, roasted, baked, sautéed, and fried items. The role includes managing hot kitchen stations such as the grill, oven, stove, fryer, and sauté section while ensuring consistency, high-quality food presentation, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment is essential, as well as supporting smooth kitchen operations during service.
