The Role
As Cluster Rewards Manager – Hospitality, you will design, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive rewards strategy that supports the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent across our luxury hotels and corporate functions. You will ensure that compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Red Sea Global Hospitality’s business objectives, brand positioning, and employee value proposition.
This role requires deep expertise in compensation benchmarking, incentive design, job evaluation, and regulatory compliance, alongside the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive a high-performance, meritocratic culture.
