What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Manage and follow up on customer requests and complaints
- Accurately record interactions using CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Kurdish (Mandatory) – spoken and written
- Good command of Arabic (English is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
