Executive Chief of Staff Assistant Full Time NEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven professional to join our Executive Office and work directly with the CEO.

This role is not a traditional secretary position. The selected candidate will act as the operational backbone of the Executive Office, driving follow-ups, coordination, accountability, and operational execution across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and executive priorities
• Attend management meetings and prepare professional MOMs
• Track action items, KPIs, deadlines, and operational execution
• Follow up with department heads and ensure accountability
• Supervise administrative operations and office coordination
• Manage government portals, renewals, and official documentation
• Coordinate quarterly reviews and executive reporting
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and workflows

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in executive operations, administration, or executive office management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Aggressive follow-up and high accountability mindset
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong proficiency in AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, etc.)
• Professional corporate background preferred
