We are hiring a Design Lead to join a leading global brand activation and experiential agency in their Dubai office.

As part of an international network with decades of industry success, our client brings brands to life through immersive audience experiences, major events, and large scale retail environments. They blend digital technology and physical spaces to form deep connections with audiences worldwide. This role offers the chance to work across a highly prestigious, major government account in the region.

As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for conceptualising, developing, and executing the visual aspects of exhibition stands, large events, and festivals. You will report directly to the regional Executive Creative Director, ensuring all output is memorable, engaging, and aligned with client objectives.

In this position, you will lead key accounts and projects while overseeing the quality of design output, driving strategic initiatives, and mentoring a team of designers to foster a culture of creative excellence.

• Provide strategic design direction and oversee the quality of creative output across key regional accounts.
• Identify and develop innovative project approaches, including booth design, storytelling, consumer journeys, and technology implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and project managers across the Dubai office to deliver impactful event experiences that meet the creative brief.
• Leverage brand and consumer insights to develop integrated creative approaches that resonate with target audiences.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to 3D designers, enhancing their skills in software and presentation delivery.
• Maintain exceptional communication and establish strong collaborations with different business units to achieve shared goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends to create fresh, award winning creative proposals and pitch submissions.

Discover the requirements

• 5 or more years of experience working within events, exhibitions, and brand experience marketing.
• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a relevant creative field.
• Proven design experience for events in the MENA region, with a strong understanding of the wider market.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Suite, alongside being a PowerPoint expert.
• Strong background in mentoring creative teams and managing design timelines successfully.
