Senior ELV/ICT Commissioning Engineer Full Time NEW

Energy Homeland Engineering (EHL) is an independent Testing & Commissioning firm. We are looking for a Senior ICT/ELV Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of complex building and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.

Role Overview:

You will serve as a senior technical reference for ICT and ELV systems on our projects, working closely with owners, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors. The role demands strong technical depth, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments.

CxA / Oversight Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level technical input across ICT/ELV scope: CCTV, Access Control, PA, BMS interfaces, Fire Alarm coordination, Structured Cabling (Cat6/Fiber), and IP networks

• Review and assess design documents, submittals, shop drawings, and O&M manuals

• Develop, manage, and execute project plans, test procedures, and verification activities

• Coordinate with owners, consultants, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors

• Prepare technical reports, observation logs, and project deliverables to a high professional standard

• Represent EHL in design reviews, technical meetings, and client presentations

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical development

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical / Electronics / Communications Engineering or equivalent

• 8+ years of relevant experience in ICT/ELV systems

• Proven track record on large-scale commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of IEC, NFPA 72, TIA-568/942, ASHRAE Guideline 0, and BICSI standards

• Professional certification is a strong advantage: CBCP (AABC), ASHRAE CxA, RCDD, or BICSI

• CCNA certification is a plus — particularly valuable for IP-based ICT/ELV systems

• Excellent technical writing, reporting, and client-facing communication
