Job Purpose:
Drive sales growth and market execution within the Consumer Division by leading and motivating the sales team to achieve assigned targets. The role is responsible for supervising daily sales operations, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring product visibility and availability, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The Sales Supervisor will support business expansion through effective team management, trade marketing execution, performance analysis, and delivery of high service standards to customers.
