Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Call Resolution Specialist for our on-site office in Ajman. This role involves resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently, delivering excellent support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Call Resolution Specialist will handle customer calls, troubleshoot problems, provide accurate solutions, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Continuous communication with team members and adherence to company standards are key aspects of the role.
