Job Description
- Prepare quantity take-offs and verify quantities from drawings and site measurements.
- Review BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.
- Evaluate subcontractor quantities and payment certificates.
- Prepare client monthly invoices/interim payment certificates accurately and on time.
- Follow up on invoice approvals and payment collections.
- Prepare subcontractor payment certificates and verify supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and contractual payment terms.
- Ensure all invoices comply with contract requirements and project progress.
- Review contract terms, conditions, and project obligations.
- Assist in preparing contractual letters and official correspondences.
- Handle variation orders, claims, EOTs, and contract amendments when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience from 6 to 9 years in Technical Office and Commercial Management
- Good understanding of construction contracts and contractual procedures.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
- Ability to prepare and review BOQs, quantities, and variations.
- Experience in handling project commercial reports and cost tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Tendering and Cost Estimation is considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good command of AutoCAD and reading technical drawings.
