We’re Hiring – Senior Production & Quality Engineer
Masry Group for Firefighting Systems
Masry Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Production & Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team and support continuous operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise daily production operations.
- Ensure implementation of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Apply ISO, UL, and NFPA standards within production and quality processes.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production and quality issues.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
- Analyze production performance and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare production and quality reports for management.
- Follow up on testing, quality control procedures, and final product inspections.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Supervise shop floor activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in Production or Quality Engineering.
- Experience in Firefighting Systems or HVAC industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, UL, and NFPA standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production/quality software.
- Experience in factories or industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Overseas experience or supervisory background is a plus.
