About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects from pre-construction through execution and handover.
The role requires strong leadership, technical coordination, and site management capabilities across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end from planning to final handover
- Lead site execution, scheduling, and contractor coordination
- Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for constructability and compliance
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues
- Monitor progress, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, snagging, and close-out activities
- Support cost control, variation management, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Prepare progress reports and lead coordination meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of construction experience in project management or senior site roles
- Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP works
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and suppliers
- Proficiency in scheduling and project management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
