In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers suppliers, and logistics partners to manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, negotiate competitive commercial terms, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the current status of the logistics procurement category industry and project requirements, and develop sufficient supplier resources.
2. Develop and deliver targeted category strategies based on project characteristics and overall business planning.
3. Establish an end-to-end TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) model for the category, build and maintain a category benchmark database, formulate and promote the implementation of cost reduction plans for the category, and seek the optimal cost combination.
4. Responsible for cultivating and maintaining the resource pool for this category, improving the corresponding management and cooperation mechanisms and exit mechanisms, and enhancing the professional level of supplier management.
5. Foster a healthy ecosystem, identify and follow up on risks discovered through procurement, and promptly correct performance risks of suppliers in this category to effectively support high-quality and timely project delivery.
6. Responsible for the performance evaluation and management of suppliers in this category, improve the corresponding performance management and cooperation mechanisms, enhance the professional level of supplier performance management, and cultivate long-term partners.
7. Conduct category empowerment through methods such as information sharing, business training, problem discussions, and sharing and learning of best practices, to improve the overall procurement quality of this category.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for procurement of logistics-related categories (vehicles, accommodation, catering, IFM, etc.), mainly including the procurement of various business categories within logistics.
2. Participate in the formulation and implementation of procurement strategies, and complete the selection of logistics category suppliers.
3. Have a good understanding of supplier management knowledge and be able to independently conduct supplier qualification and evaluation. Routine supplier management and maintenance of organizational relationships.
4. Establish, maintain, and optimize procurement commercial and cost baselines, and efficiently implement key category supply resource assurance measures.
5. Prepare logistics-related contract documents, collect and provide timely feedback on issues arising during contract execution, and conduct regular contract optimization.
6. Handle changes in logistics-related contract costs, resolve disputes during contract execution, and ensure smooth project progress.
