Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement & Logistics Specialist based in Dubai. The role involves overseeing procurement and logistics operations, including issuing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations. Additionally, the role focuses on managing inventory, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely availability of resources.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience in Purchase Orders and Procurement
• Competence in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Excellent Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or tobacco industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to evolving business needs
