📢 We Are Hiring – Warehouse Administrator
Our company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse records and inventory data accurately
- Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and stock reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff
- Monitor stock movement and update system records
- Handle data entry and filing of warehouse documents
- Support daily warehouse operations and reporting
🔹 Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or inventory control
- Proficient in MS Excel and other computer systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to communicate professionally in English
- The candidate must hold a transferable residency.
