🚨 We Are Hiring | Team Lead Site Engineer – Civil 🚨

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Team Lead Site Engineer – Civil to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and supervise civil site engineering teams

🔹 Monitor and manage site progress and construction activities

🔹 Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

🔹 Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards

🔹 Prepare and review site reports and technical documentation

🔹 Support project delivery within planned timelines and budget

Key Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

✔️ Minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction projects

✔️ Proven experience in industrial projects

✔️ Strong site management and team leadership skills

✔️ Ability to manage site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project execution in line with quality and safety standards

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
