We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Design Center Manager to lead creative development and execution across multiple brand touchpoints, including digital, social media, outdoor, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for driving impactful visual communication, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering innovative creative solutions that strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate will combine strong design leadership with deep understanding of digital creative trends, consumer behavior, and content performance to create compelling brand experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative development and execution across various channels including digital, social media, outdoor advertising, campaigns, and branded content.
Ensure consistency and alignment of brand identity, visual language, and creative standards across all touchpoints.
Oversee the design and production of marketing campaigns, creative assets, and communication materials that support business and brand objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, media, and brand teams to develop impactful and engaging creative concepts.
Drive innovative and consumer-centric design solutions informed by market trends, audience behavior, and emerging creative practices.
Provide strong understanding and direction on digital-first creative execution, including platform-specific content and performance-driven design.
Manage and mentor internal creative teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure high-quality creative output.
Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure excellence, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Stay updated on design trends, technology, digital experiences, and creative innovations to continuously elevate brand presence.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience in creative design, brand design, art direction, or integrated marketing communications.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, and integrated channels.
Excellent understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and consumer-centric design.
Strong expertise in digital creative execution and platform-specific content design.
Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives and performance goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
