Who they’re looking for
A senior quant with direct, hands-on market-making experience in crypto — strategies you’ve actually built and run, not theory or adjacent exposure. Deep on microstructure, inventory management, quoting logic, and the execution-side details that decide whether a book makes money.
Strong in Python and/or C++. Comfortable owning a strategy end-to-end. Track record at a serious crypto MM, HFT firm, or quant prop shop that’s traded the asset class for real.
