IVFConversion brings clinical diagnostic precision to analyzing and improving the patient journey in fertility clinics. By reconstructing the entire patient pathway—from inquiry to egg retrieval (OPU)—IVFConversion identifies conversion inefficiencies, classifies patient drop-offs as avoidable or unavoidable, and quantifies the financial impact. The main deliverable is the Cycle Intelligence Report, providing actionable insights, evidence-based benchmarks, and tailored action plans to optimize patient progression and revenue. This innovative approach is designed specifically for fertility medicine, enabling clinics to actively manage and improve patient outcomes.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Healthcare Analyst role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Healthcare Analyst will be responsible for examining patient pathway data, identifying trends and bottlenecks, conducting in-depth research, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. Additional day-to-day tasks include compiling and analyzing healthcare metrics, preparing detailed reports, and communicating findings to clients and internal teams to drive informed decision-making within the context of fertility care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analysis to evaluate, interpret, and present critical insights.
• Strong Communication skills to relay complex findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Research and a solid understanding of Healthcare data and processes, especially in fertility medicine or related fields.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Data Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with industry-specific benchmarks, patient pathway models, and healthcare regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and data management systems is beneficial.
