Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist Cum Admin at Samurai Martial Arts Academy, located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing front office operations, handling phone inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining clerical records, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth academy operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as maintaining records, scheduling, and data entry
• Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
• Ability to multitask, manage a dynamic environment, and provide support to instructors and clients
• Knowledge of martial arts or fitness environments is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Office is preferred
