Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Industrial Refrigeration, with a focus on Oil & Gas and Ammonia Systems. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities within the industrial refrigeration domain. The role involves presenting technical solutions, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and representing the company at industry conferences or events. Collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration systems, including oil & gas and ammonia systems, and related technologies.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management within industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations and the preparation of proposals and technical presentations.
• Ability to analyze market data, develop effective sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets consistently.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional team members.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with engineering consultancy services or refrigeration packages is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in sales or project management are a plus.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi and travel as required for client meetings or events.
