Key Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of luxury hospitality experience

• Previous experience as GM / Resort Manager / Hotel Manager / EAM

• Strong exposure to luxury resort operations

• Pre-opening experience highly preferred

• International hotel brand experience preferred

• Strong leadership, commercial, and operational skills

• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and deliver service excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all pre-opening operations

• Drive recruitment and team development

• Implement SOPs and operational frameworks

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance

• Establish guest experience and luxury service standards

• Build a strong resort culture and leadership team
