Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced, strong-minded, and exceptional Kitchen Manager to lead and transform our luxury private palace kitchen operations in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate is not just a manager, but a true culinary leader with the ability to elevate the kitchen performance, restructure workflows, and upgrade culinary standards by at least 180 degrees. This role requires a strong personality, high discipline, deep culinary expertise, and proven ability to manage high-pressure luxury hospitality environments, VIP dining, formal events, and large-scale food production.
The Kitchen Manager will be fully responsible for daily kitchen operations, team leadership, production quality, and continuous improvement of all culinary processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and control all kitchen operations in a luxury palace environment
• Manage, train, and discipline all kitchen staff and chefs
• Restructure and improve kitchen workflow, production systems, and efficiency
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency
• Supervise food preparation for VIP dining, formal events, and large banquets
• Control food cost, waste reduction, and inventory efficiency
• Work closely with Executive Chef and operations leadership to elevate culinary standards
• Implement strict hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance systems
• Develop new processes to improve speed, quality, and operational excellence
• Ensure full readiness of the kitchen for daily service and high-profile events

Requirements:
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in professional kitchen operations
• Strong background in luxury hospitality, hotels, private estates, or high-end catering
• Proven leadership experience managing large kitchen teams
• Strong personality with excellent decision-making and discipline enforcement skills
• Deep knowledge of international cuisine and large-scale production systems
• Ability to redesign and improve kitchen operations and efficiency
• Experience in VIP hospitality, banquets, and formal dining operations
• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
