This role sits at the core of community-led growth and brand presence in the UAE ecosystem.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to build and scale the company’s community, events, and on-ground presence from zero.
You will:
• Own and grow the community ecosystem
• Drive event participation and networking
• Build relationships with founders, creators, and professionals
• Act as the on-ground face of the brand
This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role.
Important: Compensation Structure
This is a founding team, equity-first role for the initial 3–4 months.
Cash compensation activates post product launch or upon key company milestones.

Key Responsibilities
Community Building
• Build and manage community from scratch
• Drive engagement through conversations, content, and interactions
• Grow community via outreach, referrals, and events
Events & Networking
• Identify and attend relevant industry events in the UAE
• Represent the brand and build meaningful connections
• Manage end-to-end event coordination and follow-ups
Creator & Ecosystem Partnerships
• Build relationships with creators and professionals
• Drive collaborations aligned with target audience
• Track engagement and performance of partnerships
Performance Tracking
• Share weekly insights on growth, engagement, and impact
• Identify improvement opportunities across channels
Requirements
Must Have
• 4–6 years in marketing / community / social roles
• Strong network or ability to build one in the UAE
• Experience in community building (0 → 1 preferred)
• Comfortable with events, networking, and outreach
• Strong communication and relationship skills
Good to Have
• Experience in tech / SaaS / startups
• Existing founder / operator network
• Community-led growth experience
