POSITION OVERVIEW

ComPsych is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network, delivering high‑quality counseling services to employees and their household members.

As an independent provider within our EAP network, providers deliver short‑term, solution‑focused counseling and clinical support to individuals navigating personal, professional, and life challenges. This opportunity is primarily and ideally intended for in‑person EAP counseling, supporting employees through face‑to‑face services within their local communities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

EAP Network Providers are responsible for delivering high‑quality, ethical, and client‑centered counseling services in alignment with ComPsych’s EAP model and clinical standards.

• Providing short‑term, solution‑focused EAP counseling to employees and eligible household members, primarily through in‑person sessions within your community
• Conducting intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and counseling sessions focused on practical strategies, coping skills, and stabilization
• Supporting clients as they navigate concerns such as workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, work‑life balance, and other non‑acute behavioral health needs
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Coordinating with ComPsych’s clinical intake, referral, and authorization processes as applicable, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate case management
• Delivering services in compliance with all ethical guidelines, licensure requirements, and scope‑of‑practice expectations governing your profession

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or higher in a related behavioral health field
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-masters
• Professional accreditation or registration through the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) or Sharja Social Services (SSSD)
• Active professional liability insurance coverage
• Copy of most recent resume or CV

وبصفتكم مقدّمي خدمات مستقلين ضمن شبكة EAP التابعة لنا، تقومون بتقديم إرشاد قصير المدى يركّز على الحلول، بالإضافة إلى دعم سريري للأفراد الذين يواجهون تحديات شخصية أو مهنية أو حياتية.

وتُعدّ هذه الفرصة موجّهة بشكل أساسي — ويفضّل — لتقديم جلسات EAP الحضورية، بما يتيح دعم الموظفين من خلال خدمات إرشادية تُقدَّم بشكل مباشر داخل مجتمعاتهم المحلية.

المسؤوليات والمهام

يتحمّل مقدّمو الخدمات ضمن شبكة EAP مسؤولية تقديم خدمات إرشادية عالية الجودة، قائمة على الأخلاقيات المهنية ومركّزة على المستفيد، وذلك بما يتماشى مع نموذج EAP والمعايير السريرية المعتمدة لدى ComPsych.

• تقديم جلسات إرشاد EAP قصيرة المدى وقائمة على الحلول للموظفين وأفراد أسرهم المؤهَّلين، وذلك بشكل أساسي من خلال جلسات حضورية داخل المجتمع المحلي
• إجراء جلسات التقييم الأولي، والتقييمات السريرية، وجلسات الإرشاد التي تركّز على الاستراتيجيات العملية، ومهارات التكيّف، وتحقيق الاستقرار النفسي
• دعم المستفيدين في التعامل مع قضايا مثل ضغوط العمل، والقلق، والاكتئاب، وتحديات العلاقات، والحزن، والتوازن بين العمل والحياة، وغيرها من احتياجات الصحة السلوكية غير الحادّة
• الحفاظ على توثيق سريري دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب، وفقًا للمعايير المهنية والتنظيمية المعمول بها
• التنسيق مع إجراءات الاستقبال السريري، والإحالة، والموافقات المعتمدة لدى ComPsych عند الحاجة، بما يضمن استمرارية الرعاية وإدارة الحالات بالشكل المناسب
• تقديم الخدمات بما يتوافق مع جميع الإرشادات الأخلاقية، ومتطلبات الترخيص المهني، وحدود نطاق الممارسة المعتمدة للمهنة

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة الماجستير أو أعلى في أحد مجالات الصحة السلوكية ذات الصلة
• خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) سنوات بعد الحصول على درجة الماجستير
• الاعتماد أو التسجيل المهني من خلال وزارة الصحة ووقاية المجتمع (MOHAP) أو دائرة الخدمات الاجتماعية بالشارقة (SSSD)
• تغطية تأمين مهني سارية للمسؤولية المهنية
• نسخة من السيرة الذاتية (CV) الأحدث
