We are supporting a stealth-mode AI startup in Dubai building a Personal Operating System powered by a conscience-driven AI clone.

This system learns how you think, acts like you, remembers what matters to you, and handles life administration so you can focus on high-value work.

Built for founders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals across the UAE who lose 8–12 hours every week to operational friction.

This is an early-stage company building a completely new category. The founding team will define the brand, voice, and growth engine from day one.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Brand & Content Manager for a founding team role, working directly with the founder.

You will:

• Own brand voice, positioning, and messaging

• Lead editorial direction across platforms

• Create founder-led and storytelling content

• Build and scale the content engine from 0 → 1

This is a player-coach role — you will both create and lead.

This is a founding team, equity-first role for the initial 3–4 months.

Cash compensation activates post product launch or upon key company milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Editorial Ownership

• Define and own brand voice, tone, and positioning

• Ensure consistency across all external touchpoints

• Build and execute editorial calendar across platforms

Content Creation

• Create founder-led and educational content

• Script and produce high-conversion storytelling content

• Drive personal brand strategy

Team Leadership

• Manage and guide content and creative functions

• Run content reviews and strategy planning

• Align content with growth and performance goals

Community & Brand Presence

• Own messaging across LinkedIn and community channels

• Represent the brand alongside the founder

Requirements

Must Have

• 8–12 years in Brand/Content (Senior Manager / Director / Head level)

• Strong execution experience (not just strategy)

• Proven content creation + storytelling ability

• On-camera presence or founder-content experience

• Experience building from 0 → 1

• UAE-based with strong ecosystem understanding

Good to Have

• Experience in tech / SaaS / AI startups

• Founder-led content exposure

• Personal brand presence (LinkedIn / Instagram / etc.)
