About the Role

We are supporting a stealth-mode AI startup in Dubai building a Personal Operating System powered by a conscience-driven AI clone.

This is an early-stage company where the founding team will define the entire visual identity and brand experience from day one.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Creative Lead to own every visual and motion output across the brand.

You will:

• Own graphic design, motion, and video output

• Build the entire visual identity system from scratch

• Work closely with the founder and brand team on storytelling

• Define how the brand looks and feels across all platforms

This is a hands-on ownership role, not a layer of approval.

Important: Compensation Structure

This is a founding team, equity-first role for the initial 3–4 months.

Cash compensation activates post product launch or upon key company milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Identity

• Own all graphic design output across platforms

• Build and maintain visual identity systems, templates, and assets

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Motion & Video

• Lead motion design and video production

• Create product videos, reels, brand films, and short-form content

• Define motion language and visual storytelling style

Production & Collaboration

• Work closely with content and brand teams on shoots and execution

• Ensure all output aligns with brand positioning

• Leverage AI tools to scale creative output

Requirements

Must Have

• 6–8 years in design, motion, or visual storytelling

• Strong portfolio across graphic design + motion/video

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Ability to execute high-quality output at scale

• UAE-based and open to on-site work

Good to Have

• 3D / VFX / advanced motion design

• Experience in tech / SaaS / AI brands

• Founder-led or social-first content experience
