Position Overview
Infinity Developments is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Third-Party Broker Relations Executive to expand and manage relationships with external real estate brokers and agencies.
The role focuses on onboarding, activating, supporting, and maintaining strong partnerships with third-party brokers to drive sales across the company’s luxury development portfolio.
The ideal candidate is highly relationship-oriented, proactive, commercially aware, and experienced in working with real estate brokers and agency networks.

Key Responsibilities
Broker Onboarding & Partnership Development
• Identify and approach new brokerage firms and independent brokers.
• Build and maintain a strong network of active broker partners.
• Conduct project presentations and broker introductions.
• Assist brokers through onboarding, registration, and documentation processes.
• Explain project details, payment plans, commissions, and sales procedures clearly.
Broker Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party brokers and agencies.
• Act as the primary contact for broker communication and support.
• Provide regular project updates, inventory updates, and marketing materials.
• Follow up consistently with brokers to maintain engagement and sales activity.
• Coordinate broker meetings, events, and networking sessions.
Sales Support
• Encourage and support brokers in generating qualified leads and sales.
• Assist brokers during client discussions, negotiations, and deal progression.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to support broker activity.
• Monitor broker performance and maintain strong engagement with active partners.
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of broker activities and partnerships within the CRM system.
• Track broker registrations, meetings, leads, and sales performance.
• Prepare regular reports on broker engagement and onboarding progress.

Requirements
• 2–5 years experience in real estate sales, broker relations, or partnership development.
• Existing broker or agency network is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Organized and proactive with strong follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
