We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team at Senior Academy. Your main mission will be to bridge the gap between our high-caliber graduates and the tech industry by building strong hiring networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring Partnerships: Reach out to and establish strategic partnerships with Software Houses and IT departments to secure job placements for our graduates in IT, System Administration, Linux, DevOps, and Cloud Computing, etc..
Cooperation Agreements: Draft and manage professional agreements (MoUs) with corporate partners to ensure our students get priority in their hiring process.
Corporate Sales (B2B): Identify and approach companies to offer tailored technical training programs for their existing IT teams.
Networking: Represent Senior Steps at industry events, tech conferences, and job fairs to expand our professional network.
Market Alignment: Coordinate with our technical team to stay updated on what the market needs, ensuring our students’ skills match the current hiring demands.
Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Recruitment (experience in the EdTech or IT sector is a plus).
Technical Awareness: Ability to understand and discuss general technical terms (such as Cloud, DevOps, and Linux) to communicate effectively with HR and Technical Managers.
Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a professional “can-do” attitude.
Language: Very good command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Interpersonal Traits: A “people person” who is comfortable opening new doors, building long-term relationships, and working toward growth targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
