Overview: As an integral part of our operations, you will be the cornerstone of our spare parts inventory data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position is vital for supporting our business development and sales teams, contributing directly to our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain extensive data related to auto spare parts, including specifications, pricing, and stock levels.
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of all data within our inventory management systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to update product information and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support business development initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements for data management and inventory control.
- Provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring they have access to precise and up-to-date product information.
- Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Data Entry, Spare Parts Management, and Inventory Management Systems. Familiarity with the Automotive Industry and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite are essential.

Job Requirements
- Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in Data Entry with exceptional speed and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of Spare Parts Management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience in Sales Support or a related customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability in Inventory Management and database systems.
- Strong Attention to Detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals or Electrical Engineering Fundamentals is a plus.
- Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of dedicated experience in a relevant data entry, inventory, or administrative role.
- Previous experience in the automotive or a related technical industry is highly advantageous.
