Job Description
We are looking for a professional and organized Clinic Secretary to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will help improve clinic workflow, maintain excellent client relationships, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage appointment reservations and scheduling for clients
- Respond to phone calls for appointment reservations and client follow-up
- Organize clinic schedule and surgery schedule efficiently
- Communicate with clients for follow-up and feedback
- Handle and resolve client concerns or conflicts professionally
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and customer care
- Support daily administrative and organizational tasks
- Assist in improving workflow and clinic operations
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous administrative work experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, messaging apps, etc.)
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
Preferred Qualities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive situations calmly and professionally
- Interest in healthcare or clinic environments
- Ability to build positive long-term relationships with clients
