B2B Software Sales Officer – Direct Sales Full Time NEW

PROCESS&SMITH is looking for a B2B Software Sales Officer – Direct Sales to join the team behind CarrotCut®, an AI-powered SaaS work automation platform. Candidate will own and be responsible of the full Sales Cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

Requirements:

• 4 – 7 years in B2B Sales
• Strong Deal-closing skills with a high Closure Rate
• Strong Presentation Skills (online + in-person) to handles Product Showcase Demos
• Experience in Software Sales is a must (ERP, CRM, Project Management, Task management, Workflow …etc.)
• Fluent in English is a must
• Having a Car is a must
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and close deals.
• Hold compelling product demos tailored to each industry & departments’ need
• Generate and qualify B2B leads (outbound + inbound)
• Excellent follow-up discipline and pipeline management (inbound + outbound)
• Conduct discovery calls and map customer pain points
• Coordinate with Marketing/product/implementation teams toward success.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• Identify decision-makers and run consultative discovery
• Manage pricing, create proposals, and close deals
• Forecast sales and report weekly KPIs (pipeline, conversion, win rate)
