You will work closely with executive leadership, stakeholders, and department heads to manage project portfolios, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-impact business outcomes. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple projects and project teams across the organization.
• Develop project strategies, goals, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders on project priorities and progress.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Manage resource allocation, timelines, and overall project performance.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic updates.
• Mentor and guide project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and quality requirements.

• Proven experience in senior project management or director-level leadership roles.

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field is preferred.
