Project Manager – Oil & Gas (Offshore EPC) Full Time NEW

• Lead end-to-end execution of offshore EPC oil & gas projects from initiation to handover

• Plan, organize, and control project activities in line with contract scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements

• Manage overall project execution including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery

• Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower deployment plans, and progress tracking systems

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, offshore safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns

• Oversee budget control, cost tracking, and commercial aspects of the project

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, construction, QA/QC, planning, and HSE functions

• Ensure timely submission of project reports, progress updates, and contractual documentation

• Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and change orders in coordination with commercial teams

• Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders and ensure alignment on project milestones

• Ensure successful project commissioning, testing, and final handover to client

• Drive performance improvement, productivity optimization, and execution excellence on offshore sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil mandatory)

• 15–20 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, specifically offshore execution

• Proven experience in managing large-scale offshore construction projects

• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams

• Solid understanding of EPC project lifecycle: Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and contract management

• Strong knowledge of offshore safety standards and HSE compliance requirements

• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and complex project challenges

• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage

• UAE/GCC or international offshore project experience preferred
