Role Overview

As an Aviation Career Advisor, you will engage with students and parents to help them understand aviation career pathways, training options, and long-term opportunities.

The role combines elements of:

You will play a key role in shaping how students and families perceive and approach aviation careers.

• Interact with students and parents to understand their career aspirations and objectives
• Provide clear, structured guidance on aviation pathways (Pilot Training and Cabin Crew)
• Simplify complex information into practical, easy-to-understand insights
• Act as a consistent and reliable point of contact throughout the decision-making process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional student experience

We are looking for individuals who bring a strong foundation in communication and client interaction:

• Background in cabin crew, aviation, hospitality, or premium customer-facing roles
• Clear, confident spoken English and strong interpersonal skills
• Professional presence with the ability to build rapport with both students and parents
• Composed, structured, and thoughtful in conversations
• Interested in building a long-term career within the aviation and education space
