Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote Operating Partner / General Manager role. You are not just managing; you are co-building an ecosystem. The Operating Partner will take the operational helm across both applications. Responsibilities include driving daily marketplace operations (managing the supply of 30+ specialists and student bookings), spearheading user acquisition strategies for both the booking platform and the AI app, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks, and aggressively scaling our overall user base during peak academic seasons.

Qualifications

• Execution-Driven: Proven experience in operational management, specifically within Tech Startups, Marketplaces, or AI/EdTech sectors.

• Portfolio Management: Ability to handle operations for multiple products/apps simultaneously.

• Growth Mindset: Deep understanding of user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and agile business development.

• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi higher education landscape (specifically medical colleges) is a massive advantage.

• The Startup DNA: You prefer high-growth potential and performance-based upside over a traditional corporate routine.
