🔹 Position: Odoo Business Analyst
📌 Job Overview:
The Odoo Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding client business requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and hands-on ERP implementation exposure.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Engage with clients to understand business processes and operational needs
✔ Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications
✔ Collaborate with the implementation and technical teams to deliver customized Odoo solutions
✔ Assist in configuring and customizing Odoo ERP modules based on client requirements
✔ Conduct user training sessions and provide implementation support
✔ Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
✔ 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP environments
✔ Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable
