Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager based in Beirut. The Information Technology Manager will oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation of systems and networks. Responsibilities include developing IT strategies, managing technical teams, overseeing system upgrades, ensuring cybersecurity, and optimizing IT processes. Collaboration with other departments to achieve operational goals and compliance with technology regulations is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration
- Proficiency in IT project management and strategy development
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and the ability to assess their potential application
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications or a Master’s degree is a plus
