A leading company (ELV SYSTEMS)Kuwait City is looking for a Tendering Officer with experience in tenders, commercial proposals, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender preparation and related procedures.
- Experience in commercial proposals, quotations, and contract conditions.
- Coordinate procurement, sales, and project-related activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Address challenges and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of email communication, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
