Implementation Officer Full Time NEW

Role Summary A mid-junior hands-on role focused on executing the deployment of IDS-Fintech products under the close direction of the Team Leader. The officer bridges technical setup and business configuration, supported throughout by Product Owners, QA, and the DBA team. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, eager to learn, and comfortable working across both technical and business environments — not someone who leads, but someone who delivers reliably as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Execution

• Configure and deploy IDS-FINTECH products / modules / services and related products according to project plan
• Set up user parameters, limits, and business rules within the application — full support provided on business configuration specifics
• Load and validate data (clients, securities, portfolios, funds) into the system
• Execute and document UAT test cases and track sign-off from client users
• Support the Team Leader in managing project milestones and client deliverables
• Escalate and coordinate with Product Owners to resolve issues and bugs identified during implementation, clearly documenting findings and follow-up actions
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of trading and electronic trading components (desktop, web, and mobile trading tools)
• Support integration setup with external providers such as stock exchanges, market data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters), brokers, and custody systems

IT, Network & Security

• Coordinate with client IT on environment setup (servers, access, connectivity)
• Apply user roles, access rights, maker-checker controls, and audit settings
• Liaise with network and security teams for VPN, firewall, and integration readiness
• Support integration setup with third-party systems via file exchange or API
• Assist in the installation and configuration of web and middleware components (message brokers, real-time hubs, and integration layers) — training provided
• Learn to identify connectivity gaps and performance issues (slow queries, response times, equipment bottlenecks) and escalate findings to the DBA or technical team for resolution

Documentation & Knowledge

• Write and maintain installation guides and configuration documentation per client and product
• Learn new products through structured sessions with QA and Product Owners and apply in live projects
• Prepare handover documentation for the support team

Requirements

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Arabic and English — both mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience with strong relevant exposure, recommended 3 years
• Comfortable working with IT, network, and security teams
• Enthusiastic about learning business workflows, financial product configuration, and technical deployment — full training and support provided
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks across a project timeline
• A team player — this role executes and supports, it does not lead

Recommended

• Experience in ERP, HRMS, CRM, inventory, or similar business application implementation
• Exposure to trading platforms or electronic trading systems
• Familiarity with external system integrations (market data, exchanges, brokers)
• Basic exposure to performance monitoring or diagnostic tools
