Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage inbound / outbound tour packages for groups and individuals, including transport, accommodation, activities, UAE visa and other services as required.
2. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, and tour operators, to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
3. Coordinate and liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure that all arrangements are made smoothly and efficiently.
4. Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including attending trade shows and other events to promote the company’s services.
5. Knowledge of local tourism attractions, services, and suppliers.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and compliant.
7. Provide outstanding customer service to clients by answering their queries, providing advice and recommendations, and resolving any issues that arise during their trip.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel and tourism industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other software programs relevant to the role.
8. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours and on weekends if required.
