IML Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to join our growing Supply Chain team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional alignment to support optimal production and service levels. The Demand Planner will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Procurement teams to analyze trends, manage forecast inputs, and help maintain the right balance between supply and demand.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or related roles (FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
Experience with demand planning or statistical forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Excel-based models).
Knowledge of S&OP processes and inventory management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
APICS certification (CPIM)or equivalent is a plus.
Exposure to automation and digital forecasting tools or platforms.
