We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in real estate development projects to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, consultant and contractor management, and delivering projects within budget, quality, and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage real estate development projects from initiation to handover
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and procurement activities
- Monitor construction progress and drive timely resolution of technical and operational issues
- Prepare executive reports and project status updates for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience with real estate developers is mandatory
- Strong background in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
- PMP certification is a plus
- Must be available for immediate joining
