About the Role
We’re hiring a Kitchen Sales & Designer who blends creativity with strong sales skills. You’ll design stylish, functional kitchens and guide clients from first consultation to final sale—turning ideas into complete, tailored kitchen solutions that fit both beauty and function.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their kitchen usage, lifestyle needs, and design preferences
- Develop creative, functional kitchen layouts and detailed design proposals
- Present and sell design concepts that align with client expectations, budget, and project scope
- Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories to enhance both functionality and aesthetics
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations
- Maintain strong product knowledge of materials, finishes, and the company’s full offering
- Utilize 2020 Design software or similar tools to create accurate plans and high-quality renderings
- Manage the full sales cycle — from showroom consultation to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proven experience in kitchen design and sales is essential (minimum 2+ years preferred; candidates with strong sales or sales engineering backgrounds will be highly prioritized)
- Experience with 2020 Design or similar interior design software is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and space/layout planning
- Good understanding of building, safety, and design regulations
- Flexibility to work across multiple showroom locations and manage client schedules
