We’re hiring AI Product Engineers to own AI‑powered features end‑to‑end: from RAG pipelines and agent workflows to React user interfaces used by real users.

What you’ll work on

🤖 LLM‑powered products: assistants, copilots, knowledge tools

🔍 End‑to‑end RAG systems (ingestion, embeddings, vector search, grounding)

🧩 Agent workflows with multi‑step reasoning and tool use

🖥️ React UIs with streaming AI responses & strong UX

⚙️ Python / Java backend APIs built for reliability and scale

📊 AI evaluation & quality metrics to prevent regressions

What we’re looking for

✅ 8+ years of software engineering experience

✅ Strong Python + hands‑on LLM/RAG experience

✅ Solid React fundamentals

✅ Experience with PostgreSQL and production systems

✅ Product mindset — you care if the AI actually works
