❗ This role is based in Dubai, UAE – on-site, full-time. You will be required to relocate to Dubai if successful.
We are looking for someone who can build and scale Ecomswap’s seller acquisition engine through strong partners, sellers and consistent deal flow.
You’ll own relationships across the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem – working with agencies, operators, and founders to bring high-quality, exit-ready brands into the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building commercial relationships, and working in a fast-moving, high-performance environment with strong earning potential and real ownership from day one.

The Role
You’ll lead EcomSwap’s partner and seller pipeline – the primary channel through which qualified founder referrals reach our Advisory team. Your mandate is to build the right relationships across the DTC and e-commerce agency ecosystem so that exit-ready founders consistently make their way to us.
Transaction negotiation and deal execution sit with the Advisory team. You’re accountable for everything that happens before – making sure only serious, exit-ready brands ever reach that stage.
