We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sea freight Pricing & Operations Coordinator to support our growing operations team.

About the Role

Unique Courier Cargo Services LLC is looking for an experienced Sea freight Pricing & Operations Coordinator to support the Sea freight Executives and Operations Team.

The main purpose of this role is to assist with sea import and sea export pricing, rate sourcing, quotation preparation, shipping line follow-ups, agent coordination, and shipment coordination support.

This is not only a documentation role. The candidate must be able to support pricing requests, compare carrier and agent offers, understand FCL/LCL requirements, and assist the team in preparing competitive sea freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sea freight Executives with sea import and sea export pricing requests.
• Source competitive sea import and sea export rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and service providers.
• Compare FCL/LCL rates, transit times, routing, free time, carrier options, local charges, and service levels.
• Support quotation preparation for sea freight import and export shipments.
• Follow up on vessel schedules, cut-off dates, space availability, equipment availability, routing, and booking options.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, customs brokers, and internal Operations.
• Support documentation checking for sea import and export shipments, including BL, invoice, packing list, COO, SI, VGM, DO, and related documents.
• Maintain pricing records, rate validity, quotation references, and rate history.
• Support Operations with shipment updates, booking details, container movement, clearance coordination, delivery status, and customer updates.
• Assist in resolving pricing changes, booking issues, vessel delays, documentation discrepancies, container release issues, and operational concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sea freight, freight forwarding, pricing, or operations coordination.
• Knowledge of sea import and sea export procedures.
• Understanding of FCL, LCL, BL, SI, VGM, DO, incoterms, container movement, free time, demurrage, detention, and local charges.
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, transporters, and customs brokers.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail when checking rates, documents, and quotation details.
• Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and shipment updates at the same time.
• UAE freight forwarding experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
