Overview: As the Director of Maintenance, you will be the cornerstone of our operational efficiency, responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and programs (preventive, predictive, corrective) to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of highly skilled maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Manage and optimize maintenance budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve operational goals cost-effectively.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all maintenance operations.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to minimize disruption and enhance overall productivity.

Job Requirements
- Experience the Thrill: Possess 7-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar industrial or operational environment.
- Education Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus!
- Master the Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Team Leadership, Project Management, Budget Management, Safety Regulations, Resource Allocation, Strategic Planning, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Communication Skills.
- Lead with Vision: Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational excellence.
