Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, priorities, meetings, travel, follow-ups, and executive communications with strong judgment and discipline.
Act as the MD’s leverage arm by converting discussions, priorities, and review points into structured actions, decision notes, and closure tracking.
Bring a strategic layer to the role by helping the MD synthesize business issues, identify priorities, prepare viewpoints, and stay ahead of critical matters.
Serve as a strong and credible face of the MD with internal leaders, external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Prepare high-quality briefs, dashboards, review packs, talking points, presentations, and executive summaries for
meetings and strategic discussions.
Track cross-functional priorities across projects, commercial, sales, finance, and leadership actions and ensure
disciplined follow-through.
Build executive visibility on what needs the MD’s attention, what can be delegated, and what must be escalated.
Support the MD in management reviews, board-style discussions, leadership meetings, and business planning forums.
Ensure meeting outcomes are translated into action, accountability, timelines, and closure rather than remaining as unstructured conversations.
Apply strong discretion, confidentiality, judgment, and maturity in handling sensitive business and leadership matters.
Challenge weak preparation, incomplete follow-up, or poor-quality inputs before they reach the MD.
Help create a sharper executive office rhythm by improving coordination, responsiveness, decision support, and
leadership productivity.
Bring structure to strategic initiatives, expansion-related work, and high-priority business matters that sit directly with
the MD.
Represent the MD’s office with confidence, intelligence, speed, and professionalism at all times.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years, with at least 2+ years supporting executive leadership in a similar EA / executive office
Strong exposure to executive problem solving, structured communication, and senior stakeholder management.
Well versed with Calendar management, executive dashboards, presentations, review packs, follow-up trackers, MIS, ERP / CRM exposure, and business communication tools.
