Mamo is on a mission to transform how businesses in the region manage their financial operations — and every great business relationship starts with a great first conversation. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, learns fast, and gets genuinely excited by a steep learning curve. As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first voice businesses hear when they discover Mamo — speaking directly with founders, business owners, and executives from week one, shaping their first impression, and directly contributing to our growth.
Ready to take on the challenge? Read on and apply below.
What you will do
Call inbound leads (business owners and executives) as soon as they sign up
Understand what the potential business customer does, ask the right qualification questions, and identify whether Mamo is a strong fit for their needs.
Book meetings with our sales team on behalf of qualified customers.
Guide customers through the basic signup and verification steps, and know when to escalate questions to the right internal team.
Update our CRM clearly, reliably and consistently.
Ensure that every lead gets a fast, warm, and helpful experience.
What we’re looking for
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — what matters most is that you’re sharp, people-first, and ready to take ownership from day one
1–2 years of relevant sales, customer-facing, or coordination experience is a plus, but not required
A “people person” who is comfortable speaking to others over the phone.
Confident in leading the pace and direction of conversations, while following a clear qualification structure rather than simply reading from a script
Familiar, passionate and confident with technical tooling (CRMs, calendar, email, etc)
Curious about fintech, payments, and how businesses manage their financial operations, with the ability to learn product details quickly and explain them clearly
Able to manage multiple tasks, while maintaining high attention to detail, taking ownership, and following through independently
Positive and persistent energy and unafraid of high-volume outreach
